The controls for the engine are installed on a 12" subpanel below the main panel. Important thing is the spacing so the controls are comfortable to operate. I first layed them out on the panel with dots. That really didn't show me what I needed. I decided to set them up on the work bench with the spacing I planned to use and see how it looked and it the throttle, far left black and most used, was going to be free and clear. The spacing is 2.75" between throttle and prop pitch (blue knob) and 2.0" between the rest. The red know is engine mixture and the two small black are alternate air for the engine should the air filter plug and cabin heat on-off. Spacing is good and they will be installed on the panel.
